Any emails sent to us are assumed to be private and confidential unless they say otherwise. Any emails that we send are to be assumed as private and confidential unless we say otherwise. We are big fans of non-disclosure agreements (NDA) and non-circumvent agreements (NCA) so that everyone feels comfortable enough to hop in bed with us and roll around in the sheets. Before we provide digital copies of any of our scripts or proprietary information, we will request that you sign a mutually beneficial NDA/NCA.
